Sofmen uses a hybrid model where customer-facing and project management personnel are based in the U.S. while developers and engineers are based in Sofmen’s India headquarters. Sofmen deploys a United States style of management and work throughout it’s off-shore teams since 2002.
Sofmen staff are equipped with technology in the office, at home, and while mobile. The ability to interact with Sofmen’s staff during extended hours reduces the time zone problem which is a very common challenge with US/offshore projects. With Sofmen’s infrastructure the time zone problem is reduced so projects are completed more quickly and accurately.
Sofmen’s India headquarters is located near no less than 50 engineering colleges. Therefore, Sofmen has a continual flow of very high quality talent from which to choose allowing Sofmen to scale using highly capable technical teams.
