Sofmen Organizational Structure.

Sofmen uses a three tier technical human resources structure:

  • Team leads
  • Senior managers
  • Engineers

This structure allows Sofmen to be very effective on projects and allow career-paths keeping employees happy. All technical staff at Sofmen have Master’s Degrees in computer science and proficient in one or more programming languages. In addition every employee must have a strong understanding of databases and how to use a variety of different software frameworks. This means that Sofmen technical staff are deployable on any project. All Sofmen technical staff go through a minimum of six months of training before being deployed on a customer project. This allows Sofmen technical staff to understand Sofmen’s technologies best practices before working on customer projects. Training includes Sofmen teams are motivated allows Sofmen to scale by applying almost any employee to almost any project. This means that Sofmen meets customer commitments and goals.
