What We Did:
When EA needed world class assistance they turned to Sofmen.  EA hired Sofmen to provide QA and regression testing across both EA www.ea.com and EA Sports www.easports.com .  Sofmen took responsibility for their quality and usability both of these major sites.  Sofmen remains engaged with EA today.
