Sofmen knows that much of this information is proprietary and revise our customers their competitive advantage. We have processes and practices in place to ensure our customers’ business knowledge is never compromised.
Turnover of key personnelSince 2002 Sofmen has had a 90% retention rate throughout this entire employee base, and a 100% retention rate at the executive level. Sofmen has put in years of work and hundreds of thousands of dollars to make Sofmen’s environment one of the best places to work. It is common to see a 15 to 20% turnover on a given project with other offshore/outsourcing companies. Sofmen has virtually a zero turnover rate on a given project. This means Sofmen’s customers will not have to deal with new faces in the middle of a project unless they are added due to an increased project scale. |
