Sofmen uses processes and systems which allow standardization and repeatability called Agile. Sofmen’s Agile process minimizes risk by developing software in short amounts of time. Sofmen develops software during one unit of time which is referred to as an iteration and may last from one to four weeks. Each Sofmen iteration is an entire software project: including planning, requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation. The goal is to have an available release (without bugs) at the end of each iteration and at the end of each iteration, the team re-evaluates project priorities.
Sofmen’s Agile method emphasizes face-to-face communication over written documents and includes a full staff of testers, interaction designers, technical writers, and managers. Our Agile method also emphasizes working software as the primary measure of progress. This means that Sofmen’s customers benefit with projects that are delivered on time, on budget and at specification. |
