In addition every employee must have a strong understanding of databases and how to use a variety of different software frameworks. This means that Sofmen technical staff are deployable on any project. All Sofmen technical staff go through a minimum of six months of training before being deployed on a customer project. This allows Sofmen technical staff to understand Sofmen’s technologies best practices before working on customer projects.
